  • From the hills above Los Sueños, Vista Tres Bahias, means View of the Three Bays. This magical home overlooks the waters of the Pacific Ocean, Jacó, Herradura bays and the Nicoya Gulf. The Mediterranean-inspired exterior emphasizes open-plan living, with expansive windows, tiled floors, and stucco exteriors. Each detached villa and private garden nestles into its rainforest surrounding, while Marina Village and all resort facilities are still quite accessible.

    Multiple arched windows dominate Casa Solara’s open-plan living area, with its light-filled and expansive atmosphere, framing panoramic views of the resort and Pacific from any vantage point. From the dining area, mahogany-trimmed French doors lead onto the colonnaded terrace and the infinity pool just steps away. Formal terraced gardens complement the Italianate façade of the pool deck.

    Upstairs, the master suite includes a private, balustraded balcony and sunken hot tub for full enjoyment and relaxation. Four additional bedrooms and bathrooms provide equally spacious comfort for up to 10 other guests. Villa Solara offers guests every possible amenity in airy comfort, perfect for family and friends wanting to create lasting memories of their vacation in Costa Rica’s tropical splendor. Beautiful property!

This property was clean and beautiful! Amazingly decorated with a tropical vibe. Great location in a safe community. Trees in the backyard and across the street with multiple kinds of monkeys (occasionally) leaping from branch to branch; we also saw toucans, coatis, iguanas and macaws from the property. Nancy did a great job checking us in and helping us book surfing lessons for the whole family, and maintenance staff was very responsive for the one or two small issues we had. (If I could take off a tenth of a star, I would - two of the air conditioning ducts were leaking at one point, and some of the bathrooms could use window shades 😳) We really loved our stay here, and would recommend it without hesitation.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Make sure you work with Harold for any excursions and time in Jaco. Side by Side trip worth the experience. Private boat to Tortuga Island is amazing. Daily cleaning service and Chef Pablo is an amazon Chef-Highly recommend have dinner prepared for you at this beautiful home.

Had a very difficult time trusting property management after some personal items of ours were taken from the home during a daily cleaning while we were away. Our missing items were never recovered and the property management’s response was very unsatisfactory. We will be back to the community but will not stay at an HRG managed property again.

Simply splendid!

The views from both levels were magnificent, and the layout of the house was amazing! By being at the house, we were able to spend most of our time together with our family and feel no need to leave. The design and size of the home allowed everyone to have their own space and yet come together to spend wonderful quality time as a family. The pool was beautiful, refreshing and used every day. The kitchen was enormous and well equipped allowing us to cook and grill fresh seafood and steaks for nearly every dinner. It was a wonderful vacation for all!

First but not last trip to Costa Rica

HRG (Roselinn, Nancy and others) did a great job of transportation to and from the casa and expeditions. Casa Solara is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable with a spectacular view. Pablo (with Jimmy Ts) cooked dinner for us upon arrival and one other dinner. Access to the Los Suenos Pool Club was perfect for the family as was the pool at the casa. Mangrove/Monkey tour, zip line, deep sea fishing, monkeys, birds, around the casa at all times. It usually takes us a few days to begin to relax but at Casa Solara the relaxation began immediately. Recommended highly.

Birthday Celebration in Costa Rica

We had the time of our lives!! Luis provided the transportation to restaurants, Mass, the National Park, to & from the airport, etc. which was a great convenience for us. Everything was perfect! Luis took great care of us & made our trip very special! We would definitely recommend this home to friends. Hopefully we will be able to return to Costa Rica someday...
