"The resort was beautiful. Only issue is it did not say on the website that the part of the beach by the resort is not swimmable. You would have to walk a ways down the beach to swim in the water. Also- the jacuzzi was not heated. Staff was helpful! Room was beautiful!"

"Our stay was great! Our kids loved the swim up bar and we loved sitting on our balcony and watching the birds each morning. The ecotour with Yau was super awesome! Our housekeeper Tatiana was fabulous!"

Best Western Jaco Beach All-Inclusive Resort
"The room had cockroaches, it was not clean at all. The bed board was very dirty and let’s not even talk about the bathroom. Very disappointed. Food was not good neither were the drinks. Honestly, not worth it at all. Bathroom towels were dirty."

I booked a Deluxe room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was given a “comfort garden” room instead, which did not have any meaningful garden view. The plants outside the room were identical to those throughout the hallways, so it felt misleading. ..."
