Beautiful hotel

We had a beautiful room that was quite cozy, clean, and offered anything you may have forgotten. Appreciated parking garage at the hotel. Location was great. Great stay and would recommend.

The room and staff were good. Safe did not work but should be fixed soon. Did not try the pool but it looked inviting with plenty of places to sit. Only con is that it is a 32minute uphill walk to the Cathedral but there are buses readily available. Bus #7. It is a 10 m8nute walk to Renfe train (flat) and 15 minute walk to Bus station (uphill).

Nice hotel but not the food.

The hotel was great and very friendly. Loved having a bath. The done side was the food in the hotel was very poor.

Definitely an older building, but fairly well kept. Clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. A short walk from city shops and restaurants and other attractions. Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

Dated and disappointing

Check in & staff welcoming was pleasant. Parking in underground carpark was good, had easy access & well signed. Hotel however was dated, booked double room & got two single beds (bedding as two singles) pushed together. Also mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We’re going eat at hotel but nothing available.

Die Dame beim Check-In war sehr unfreundlich. Ob es an meinem schlechten Spanisch lag, oder an chronischer Unlust kann nur vermutet werden. In jedem Fall gab es kein Lächeln, sondern ein grimmiges Gesicht. Das Hotel insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es durchaus Stil. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, können wir zum Frühstück etc. nichts sagen.
