“At the time of check-in,Hotel Bundelkhand Pride told us that they don’t have tie up with Hotels.com and kept us waiting for long time, even if I showed them the email of confirmation from Hotels.com. Hotels.com should clarify. ”

“Habitaciones y baños amplios, la cama era bastante comoda. Aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores. Te dejan diariamente dos botellas de agua mineral, y la habitacion dispone de nevera. El hotel es muy bonito, esta muy bien mantenido, los jardines cuidados y la piscina un lujo! Hay toallas de cortesia para la zona de baño. Se puede ir andando a ver todas los puntos de interes de Orccha. La verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto. Como negativo, el wi-fi solo funciona cerca de recepcion, y aun asi va……

“Not good. I have paid for super dulux room and already Specify that we have Early check in and check out but from 7AM to 12 Noon they gave normal room and i am with my family tgey gave the room having 2 seperate beds. After 12:15 PM to 7 PM they provided the room which we booked no concession. Cattle given in room in super dulux was damage it leaks. And i was with 3 month baby. The bedsheet was damage. Not happy with this trip. ”

“1.전체적으로 친절하고 깨끗한 호텔임/wifi 도 잘이용 했음. 2.화장실 변기 사용후 물내리는 것이 고장이 3번나서 고쳣으며, 수리 요청이 있으면 바로 시행 하였음. 3.저녁 식사를 위해 호텔 식당을 2번 이용 하였는데,종사원이 친절히 잘 해주고 서로 농담을 할 정도로 기 분좋은 식사였음. ”

“The Staff is not cooperative at all, really had a bad experience ..like the worst experience ever had. They Exploit the customers. Working like Thieves. Don't Book the Rooms through websites or Apps.”
