“Everything - rooms, service, shower, pool. ”

“The shower handle was broken they tried to fix it at 11pm at night without any luck and ended up moving us to a new room. Ruined my sleep and stay”

“This was a lovely place to stay. I was lucky enough to have my room upgraded and was just around the corner from the rooftop pool. The staff were really helpful and this was a great base to explore from.”

“It is a heritage palace property so expect some old things like metal keys and padlocks for your door, and limited plug ins, but what you get in return is breathtaking! One of the best experiences of our travels! ”

“Absolutely did not like the room. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy. Could not sleep at all amidst bus horns and other noises on the street. No noise barriers in the room. Very uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Staff service was still good”

“Hotel is at good location, so many restraunt outside, so you enjoy there also, rooms are very comfortable, neat and clean. Overall experience is good.”

“The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . Breakfast had only basic items though . Overall my stay at this property was poor .”
