“Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. ”

“Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“整体酒店的感觉是很舒适，适合度假，可以让整个人放松下来，氛围比较轻松。位置在老城区，里面保留了历史建筑，旅游观光还是很不错的。但是对于商务出行来说，不是很友好，因为位置偏，打车什么的比较费时间。”

“Rooms were extremely clean and had a very comfortable, enormous bed with crisp white sheets. Great hot shower and large bathroom with hairdryer. Seperate seating area off the bedroom too. Traditional indian style breakfast on their rooftop dining area. We also had the thali dinner there twice which was exrremely tasty. The host family are very friendly and welcoming and we would definately stay again. The rooms are basic but exceptional value- the outside of the building is stunning. It's……

“The rooms are all right. The management is not considerate and the lobby is not clean with flies and dust all over and dogs to add to the mix”

“I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. “Clean room. Good Location-near Jal Mahal, rooftop bar was aesthetically pleasing. Helpful staff, just be aware that the gates close around 10 and you have to wait for the staff to open. ”
