Pretty bad experience I had
The room wasn’t well cleaned. The service in breakfast was also awful that I waited the coffee for more than 20mins, I guess they just forgot. And the staff tried to take away my drink way before finishing. It’s not good at all to me

不喜歡,第一次選住雅加達的pullman 疫情下生意依然不錯,我想是因為位置靠近百貨公司。房間好小且桌上沒有清潔乾淨,有些吃剩果殼遺留,且飯店內隨處可見的消毒液幾乎都是沒電或無法使用的機器,非常惱人。服務人員英文也不妙,24小時健身房跟早餐的現榨果汁還不錯,但我不會再入住了。

The mini bar(refrigerator) didn’t work at first night. We called front desk wait around half hour then came an engineer, luckily they changed minibar for us.

Overall excellent. Very nice location, nearby three shopping mall. Only two things need to improve, one is the bed is not very comfortable. The internet is not so stable. Anyway, a nice hotel for vacation.

Unimpressive stay. Internet connection is very poor and no improvement was noted despite my complaint twice. Breakfast is not as good as before. No fresh juices were provided as opposed to the past. No worth this price even I am a loyal supporter of AccorHotels

Good hotel closed to shopping mall
The hotel location is convenient if you visit West Jakarta and you can avoid traffic jam in Central district. The hotel facilities are acceptable. If you want to try spa please reserve one day in advance, as the spa appointment is always full and the walk-in chance is remote.

Very disappoint! We used to stay in this hotel 4 years ago, beside its great location. Everything become worse than before. Terrible Wi-Fi, Not clean enough in room, bad smell in lobby hallway. Two single room is really with two small single beds and very high.
