“A very difficult process of booking and confirmation. It took numerous attempts to secure a booking confirmation. Very inflexible in the alteration to travel plans and booked details.Very late instructions to check-in. Wrong pass codes for the lockers and difficulty in retrieving new codes. As lack of internet and connections do not allow for immediate communication. No backup plan for visitors from overseas to connect with host for instructions. ”
