“Enjoyed my stay! The building has a pool, kids area, and amazing panoramic views from the top of the building towards the volcanos, among other amenities. Location wise, it was central to different zones within the city. The parking was great as I used a van for 11 people and no issues with parking. The building staff were always pleasant and kind. “property was not bad but the listing was bad, there is no restaurants around as advertised on the listing, property location not good we couldn't take a nice walk at night because the neighborhood was not safe. the other bad thing is the damage deposit policy they take too long to return your money back, 14 days . “Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in.
