「Front desk and all the staff were amazing.My room was out of this world going back in time.I was in awe looking at my chandelier,fireplace along with the claw foot bathtub.I used the 7th floor pool which had amazing views of the city and wonderful bartender and drinks.Breakfast was great on the 2nd floor along with decorated room with a site to be hold! Felt like a king..」

「The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. ​The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the Tlaquepaque: El Pueblo Mágico. I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy.」

「Que los cuartos estaban muy amplio y limpies. El personal es muy amable. No me gustó que no respetaran la reservación del estacionamiento, ya que, lo reservé para mi estancia y tuve que quedarme estacionado un día completo en la calle. 」

「Me gusta la cercanía que tiene de ciertos museos como el museo de Ripley o el museo del convento, está cerca de bares y su restaurante chai riquísimo.」
