The carpet in our room was so dirty, when getting in the shower after walking around the room a bit, I could see the tub floor was dirty where my feet had been standing. I was very happy with the room at first but the longer we stayed there we realized by the end of our stay that we won't be back there again.

The room was clean. The mattress was not the most comfortable - it sank horribly in the middle and the mattress pad didn’t fit (too small). The a/c unit didn’t work well and we roasted the first night. I figured out how to turn it to fan only the second night and that was marginally better. Breakfast was meh - but the Bob Evans across the parking lot was pretty good. Overall, not horrible but I’ve stayed in far better at this price point.

Carpet in room was moist our entire stay for some reason even after leaving heat on. Chair in room was in need of a dumpster. Guy at front desk was not friendly at all. Always had his nose in his phone. Housekeeping lady was very pleasant.

Not use to the small sink in the bathroom so there wasn’t a lot space for personal items such shaver, deodorant, toothbrush, etc. Also the A/C didn’t stay cool thru the night even though we had it set around 70. Everything thing else was good

Great place to stay in Jamestown, very close to all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very well maintained. The lobby is very pretty., and the breakfast gives you cereal, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and of course, waffles. The only thing missing was some kind of sweet rolls, danish or muffins.. The staff was very hard-working and although we were told we would not have daily housekeeping., even though we were there for three nights this was not true housekeeping did come in and take care of our room, which was a nice surprise. Definitely would stay there again..
