The perfect lake front property! This charming cottage is located in a peaceful, safe community right on Chautauqua Lake and makes for the perfect vacation spot. With 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bathroom and the addition of a sleeper sofa, this property sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 covered decks on each level ideal for enjoying the spectacular lake views, sunshine and warm summer breeze. Don't forget to bring the boat or fishing poles as this is an incredible spot for boating and lake activities. This property is situated directly across from the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel on Chautauqua Lake and provides plenty of amenities such as a lake front, private dock, Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, Disney Plus, washer/dryer unit and window A/C, just to name a few. **Dog-Friendly Property with Owner Approval**Pet fee will be applied- Inquire Now!!** *NO SMOKING* Travel Insurance available upon request.

Nothing fancy but very cute. Everything was great except for the old mattresses. They were squeaky stained and one appeared to have chew holes in the box spring. Considering the fact that this is where we spent the majority of our time while indoors. This was the only disappointment of the trip. Please invest in new ones.

Problem Week at SWEETMARY!

Property is not bad but we had a problematic week!....to say the least! Monday the electric stove quick because the handyman (Bob) told us that the cleaning people must have moved it and the plug is in upside down so that it wants to fall out! He screwed a piece of wood across it to keep that from happening again. Then we washed clothes on Wednesday and had the clothes in the dryer from 10am to 4pm and they were still wet! Bob came and looked at it and it needed a part so that was out of order for the rest of the week! Then on Friday I happened to walk around the back corner of the house and there was a mound of toilet paper and poop in the back yard!....It seems that the back-flow lid came off and the toilet was discharging into the back yard!!!! A plumber was called and came out and cleaned it up and fixed the problem. When we explained all this to the women that contacted us upon leaving the property she stated "well those are the breaks......things don't always go right".....great! I believe that anywhere else or any other good property manager would have tried to make it right! Scott

Lakefront Bliss

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Has everything you could possibly need. Close to everything, Bemus Point, Lakewood, Lucille Ball Park and Museum. Enjoyed our week stay and hated to leave the lakefront view. Thank you to the owners for the opportunity to stay in this delightful cottage.

Relaxing weekend in an awesome setting

The property was perfect for our needs and was pet friendly. We love Chautauqua Lake and this property was quaint and peaceful with wonderful views on the lake and some boat traffic we enjoyed watching. We loved the set up of the cottage and will definitely make a return visit!!! We came down to spend time on the lake relaxing and with my daughter who lives nearby and we did just that with comfort in this wonderful property!!

Darling and clean

We loved this sweet cottage! Very cute and comfortable. The porches are great. Everything was clean and neat, and it is decorated like a lake cottage with style. Need more glasses/cups and glasses/dish ware options for kids. A Brita or something for drinking water. I love Chautauqua and grew up there but the water did not taste great.

Cute cottage

We loved the cottage itself. It was cozy and comfortable not fancy but just what we expected. The only real drawback was poor access to the water for kayaking and swimming. There is a newer dock with a slippery ladder at the end but the concrete breakwall prevents easy entry to the lake. There is a great boat launch across the lake from the cottage that we used but had to drive through town to get there. My daughter bought a couple of coffee mugs because there were only 3. She also purchased a dish pan and drying mat to use. We left them there. Will look for a place with better access next time.

Great House on Chatauqua

We booked last minute for this wonderful little home on Chautaqua Lake. House was clean and well kept. Location was great. Small tight knit community was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this home for a family. Had a wonderful stay.

Cute cottage, on beautiful, quiet part of thebLake

My young kids and i had a great week at this property. So much great fishing right off the dock, gorgeous to sit on the grass or porches, wonderful neighbors, and ice to have AC but we only used it the first night. otherwise we loved the breeze and lapping water... and hearing the carp jumping at 6am There was an issue with the cleaning service that i hope has been fully resolved. If so, we would love to return to this property.
