“The rising phoenix or Akuma Village (how the locals call it) is a simple and lovely Place to stay. The Beach is just 1 Min away. The Staff is verry kind and the food is fresh & excellent. It is a place where you can feel a lot of Love amongst the people. We had the luck to participate at a Reggae Soundsystem Dance with local artists to proof their talents. What a Vibration and high Energy!

“The hotel is in the center of center of Accra. Old Accra. The neighborhood is a market. Crowded, horrible traffic. I spent 30 mins to circle around the hotel in a taxi! Traffic, everyday! The hotel is old and stinking. The room was big but not clean. And I was astonised about the size of bathroom, so small. Even for an asian, it was small. The most "interesting" part was the restaurant. Before I talked to the hotel manager, they gave only one breakfast for the two of us, though we were staying……
