Downstairs living area opens to outdoor living space. Small balcony off upstairs living area with views across the park towards ocean/surf club. Plasma TV, DVD player, modern furniture and special fittings. Indoor/outdoor living with short walk to surf beach and shopping.

Bike and walking tracks along beautiful coastline to world famous surf beaches and wonderful amenities and shopping nearby.
Torquay is a 5 minute drive away and offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, including factory outlets for all major surf brands.

Good for a family
I mislaid the owner's instructions, so forgot the owner's request to empty any bins used. But the previous occupier must also have overlooked this, as the bathroom "tidy" bin was overflowing when we arrived. I feel that if a "cleaning fee" is charged, this should include rubbish removal.

Great stay in a great area
Great little spot to stay just out of Torquay. The unit is clean, tidy, and modern. There was enough kitchenware to cook with although we supported the local businesses and there are some great dinner spots. Would definitely rate Noela’s place highly.

Lovely Stay
Stayed here over summer with our 2 young children and it was lovely. Located directly opposite a play park and walking distance to others and beach facilities. Plenty of space and facilities for a lovely family getaway.

Great location
Our family had a great stay in this Unit. Everything provided and owners communicated everything with us. Perfect for a family with kids (ours were 9 and 12). Plenty of room and short walk to the beach, park and Jan Juc village. Highly recommend.
