「Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult.」

「This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.」

Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew.
