“It was a very good room for the price, clean and nicely finished. I went for a garden view room and it had good ac and all the amenities you would need. Only slight issue was the shower only had one direction - to soak the whole bathroom but it’s designed as a wet room I guess (other hotels in Koh Tao seem to have similar features). The staff were really lovely and friendly ”

“Fantastic 3 night stay with my wife and two teenagers. We arrived late on the first night, but the fired the kitchen back up for us. The views were to die for. “The wooden cosy house we stayed in was spacious with a good veranda. There's a swimming pool too. It's located in the crowdy site, near the sand beach and between bars and noisy people going out. Needed earplugs for the night. When anything isn't working it's fixed in short time by the helpfull staff. Overall, I can recommend to book a tour or travel at Lotus own booking facility: they take customer care very serious.”
