「Poor air conditioner, limited amt of shampoo and body soap」

「Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.」

「飯店地點與環境還不錯, 有地鐵與巴士站,但是得多走個幾分鐘. 飯店大廳寬敞舒適.房間方面:大小適中,乾淨度適中,安靜,可惜設備老舊. 價位有競爭性. 京都御苑就在對街,觀賞或散步都很方便. 服務人員有多個,通英語,我滿意他們的服務.」

「wifi訊號有點弱，日式房建議在客廳端加上窗簾或遮光物，不然早上日出後日式房會過亮，其他整體來說不錯」

「Good stay. Proper Japanese style house which is slightly worn but overall in good condition. would definitely stay again. 1st floor: big bedroom, bath/shower room, separate toilet 2nd floor: kitchen/living room, large tatami room with futon mats, toilet (no shower/bath) 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms with beds, another room without a bed bring your own hand towels!」
