「In this rental, the guest receives instructions for accessing a lockbox with the room keys. The first room's AC was not working; after a quick phone call, we received instructions within 30 minutes to move to another room. Both rooms will get a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. In both kitchens, a few bugs crawl out of the sink drain. I was bothered by oily stains on the bed sheets, but since they smelled clean, we used them. 「Excellent Service, top notch customer service and communication, maintenance was a sweetheart, they are on top of everything you may need, excellent spot, you have everything close by in ranges of gas, stores and food, room was excellent with ac units, parking was great and safe, everything was Excellent and would stay again, completely recommend ✅✅✅💯」

「I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」
