A l'agence, bon accueil, on n'attend pas, personnel efficace et souriant. Seul bémol : accès difficile à la résidence, beaucoup de neige et aucune marche taillée, rien qu'une pente glissante, pas facile avec les bagages. Mais dans l'ensemble, tout est très bien.」
