“This is a great area! It is a private community, and you have to obtain access to enter. The roads are great, and the condo was really good. It is a one bedroom, two bath. Super serene and quiet. If you do not like to cook, just be aware restaurants are few and far between in this area. There are a few within 10 minutes, and even more within 20-30 minutes, but you won't find a quick bite super close. Just be prepared, and bring some snacks. If you forget, there is a Dollar General near the……

“This Big Canoe Condo was the perfect size for my dad and I; we love how close it is to the club house, park, and fitness center!”

“Dark and uninviting. Not very clean. Supplies in kitchen-some ok but some was junk. Ok for making toast and coffee but not a meal. Add some colorful decor. Missing fire extinguisher, first aide kit, etc. Was visiting family. Not spending too much time in unit. I will be looking for another “owner” next Thanksgiving week. “I highly recommend this property! It is a very cute cabin. Our boys loved it and felt like they were staying in a treehouse. The community is great and we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant in the community clubhouse. It was very convenient. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The owner always responded quickly and had excellent communication. The book detailing community info in the cabin was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10!”
