“Expectations are overrated. THE CHECK-IN: The day of our arrival we decided to pay 30 for early check-in. When we arrived at the property, the digital lock was not working. It took us 30 minutes to get the property manager to reach out to us. When they did, all we got were excuses. The property manager told us they would be there in 10 minutes and it took over 20 to arrive. When they did arrive, they had no backup key to let us in. Mind you, we have now been sitting there for over an hour in the……

“I was not impressed with the info I asked if they would text the info to me with no reply so I ended up stopping getting my laptop out and getting info from that, also no bath soap in second shower the blanket on Master bed was dirty so we washed it. also the fan didn't work but the location was great also the parking behind the cleaner is now the Home Town Realty ”

“We had a great time! This place was within a short walk from everything downtown. We were close to all the restaurants, but be sure to check ahead to make sure places are open. The bed was very comfortable!”

“Could not access website for checking so had to call mgmt for code. House listed that it slept 4. We found 1 bed for 2 with no pullout in living room. Called mgmt company and was told they would send maid svc over to set up air mattress with bedding. Came home later in evening and it had not been done. Was told that there was an air mattress in the closet. Due to the late hour, our extra guest slept somewhere else. When we set up mattress, it didnot hold air thru the night. Bath Towels were……

“Perfect location! Great outdoor area! Beautiful decor and super comfortable! This place checks all the boxes. ”

“Enjoyable stay in the Bertie Jack room; great location! Only issue would be overall cleanliness. Closets (kitchen & bedroom) had various loose items about, including a broken shelf. Duct vents could use a good cleaning/dusting. Very limited bath towels; we only found one. Aside from that, it’s a cute place.”
