A few things with this house made me give it a 3 star. Starting with the communication. I received emails from Vrbo evolve and another Property Management company. There was some sort of transition going on and it made for a lot of confusion on my end. I sent the names of my guest as asked for them to report them to the front gate. Several of our guests were stopped and a few were not allowed in. They made it very difficult. I did as I was asked, and we met a lot of roadblocks with this. The house is very nice, but was missing a lot of basics no hairdryer, two trash bags, no potholders, no cheese grater, no hairdryer, no iron, no hangers except 5 in one of the rooms and several other things missing including trash cans in the bathrooms. When I called the management company to let them know about these things that we needed they told me they didn’t have anyone to bring them that day and asked me to drive 20 min to a store to purchase. The last thing that made us the most frustrated is that one of the rooms with two queens in it that looks like it’s in the upstairs portion of the house is actually in the garage and is extremely hot. It has no door that closes it off from the garage and just a little window unit for AC. It was very difficult to figure out how to use it and made for a non sleepable room the first few nights for our guest. Not to mention it has no bathroom in it. None of this was disclosed on the listing. We had no idea this room was not a part of the main house.
