We have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. It has outside doors which I’m not a super fan of, but I’ve always felt safe here, and the staff is always friendly.

Reserved a room for my birthday. Get there and NO WATER IN THE POOL!! Under construction, debris all over parking lot. Looks derelict!!!! NOTHING LIKE THE PICS ON LINE!!! RUINED MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!! DID NOT STAY THERE!!!

The room was updated and very nice! The complementary breakfast was terrible. No eggs, sausage, pancakes or waffles. Juice maker was down and they were serving decaf coffee no regular. The property is going through construction but there is also a lot of garbage that could be picked up. The worst part my checkout was at 11 and they had someone running a drill upstairs at 9am. Very ignorant towards your guests.

The hotel and staff were good. The room was clean but smelled musty and old. There is plenty of space in the room, but the furnishings and fixtures are showing their age. The accommodations were fine for me as a solo traveler on a short two-night stay, but my wife would not have wanted to stay there. Worth the cost for a short stay on a low budget.

The roof was leaking and had damaged the walls (I could hear the water dripping inside the walls), the room was freezing cold even tho I had the heater set on over 80, there was no coffeepot in the room, the screen on the lavatory faucet was so stopped up the water was barely able to run through it.

The bed was very hard and you could hear the springs every time once of us moved. The furniture was okay but obviously very worn. The breakfast was a joke! Nothing that was hot except a breakfast sandwich that could be heated, out of spoons and the juice machine was out of order. For a Wyndham motel, I thought it was nothing to shout about.

Surprised

I was nervous due to the reviews i read beforehand but that changed. The check in went smooth and had no trouble parking near my room. The property is definitely older but maintained. I stayed in a 1 king bed room and it was nice and spacious. My 1st morning there i needed some documents printed and the staff and GM were great and helpful. For an older place, it was a nice stay. Cons- the breakfast is continental, i would think for the rate a little more would be included. The housekeeping staff was awesome, clean room every night after work. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The following is the message that I sent to Management when asked about my stay: Thank you for asking. This is our first time staying at your hotel. If it wasn't for the cancelation policy, we would have canceled based on the current conditions. I understand that you are currently remodeling your hotel. However the basic accommodations of a clear and fresh room with working hot warm versus room temperature water was not what we received. This isn't indicative of the type of accommodations that I have received from Wyndham in past stays. It would be my suggestion that you have skilled workers repairing things around the clock to get the work completed as soon as possible. In this current condition, we will never come back to visit. Also the Front Desk personnel is not friendly in greeting of Customers when entering the property. This is not a Wyndham standard of practice. Good luck

Super Nightmare at Super 8

First had an issue with check-in. Hotels .com had cancelled my reservation and stated unable to make a new reservation unexplained. I had called to make a change for one night instead of two. Instead the entore reservation was canceled. Being at the hotel and tired I obtained a room on my own. NO POINTS were earned. Checked into an uncleaned room. Reassigned a roomwith a very uncomfortable bed.. Exterior was trashy with construction materials. All ice machines were out of order with signes. Nothing was going right after an hour there, being exausted I went to sleep, rested and got up and checked out. I am 79 yrs old and had a upstairs room. What a nightmare.

I actually found this hotel amazing. The outside was not promising, trash in the parking lot and just didn’t look maintained. but the rooms and the amenities were amazing. The rooms are newly renovated and just incredible, for the price. Full fridges too, so that was a first.

Great recent room remodels with full size refrigerator. Rooms are super clean. Hotel itself still looks like a storage facility and the outside area is somewhat of an eyesore. For the price you cannot beat this hotel.
