"Perfect little spot for 6 adults and 3 children. Midways between Duncan and Duskin marina by boat (about 8 mins each way) located in a quiet cove. Literal STEPS from the water. "LOVED the location of this place! The cove was very well protected from the waves of main channel and the boathouse was great for parking our boat. The place is small and true to what is listed.
