“It was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed it so much! Great house, great dock, and just a super fun time. The only negative thing that I could say is we weren’t told that there was an apartment with someone else staying beside us until after we had booked the house, probably wouldn’t have booked it had we known that. But other than that, great stay!”

“This is a lovely cabin surrounded by trees in a peaceful environment. It is convenient to Jasper, AL and therefore it is a short drive to Bankhead National Forest, 20 minutes to Clear Creek Recreation Area, 30 minutes to Smith Lake, 1 hour to Birmingham, and 1.5 to Tuscaloosa. The photos on the listing are great but it’s more beautiful and peaceful in person. “There is five couples in our group and we try to get together for a long weekend at the lake once a year. We needed a place that was large enough to accommodate 10 adults at a reasonable rate. This was our place. It is well equipped, conveniently located and large enough for our group, but not too large. We will definitely be back. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t enough bath towels provided. But, this was a small negative compared to everything else that was positive about this place……
