「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「Incredibile location! Luxury stay- pricier during peak season」

「The staffs were really helpful」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful」

「Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. 」

「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

「The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

「It need some repairs but it was ok」

「We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful family run haveli. We were warmly welcomed by the family/ staff upon arrival. The room was comfortable and air conditioned with private bathroom with shower. The property is beautiful and peaceful despite being in the midst of Old Town. We loved the rooftop restaurant with an incredible view that made us feel like we were right under the Mehrangarh Fort. The hotel is in a central location and is several minutes walk to Ghanta Ghar and the Blue...

「Clean room Towels Smell」

「The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again.」

「Super friendly & helpful staff -- and excellent food! Good location with non-touristy little stores nearby.」
