The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over 3 levels. The accommodation offers privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with trees, a lawned communal garden with trees and a view of the pool, the garden and other buildings. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop and sports activities make this a fine apartment to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Great property convenient for the beach and restaurants.....sadly only 3 stars due to air con issues

The property is very spacious over 4 levels including the garage below. There are 3 bedrooms that would accommodate 6 and an extra lounge upstairs and another one on the ground floor that have sofa beds. The garden is on the back of the property and not leading onto the pool as we thought but this was fine and offered more privacy, fab pool very well kept grounds, other guests were lovely, mix of english and mainly spanish. The major problem was the air con not working in 2 of the bedrooms for 4 of our 7 nights, it was too hot too sleep without it and caused a lot of stress ! and we spent a lot of time on the phone chasing people to get it sorted , after 2 engineer visits it still didn't work. If the air con worked or was fixed within 24 hrs i would give this place 5 *.
