  • This is a house not overlooked, with private pool on a fenced garden of 1000m2 planted with trees, 280 m2 on 2 floors, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 2-14 people and 2 children 3 years (16 beds). It is located in a residential area of ​​JAVEA, 2 km from the Arenal beach, and 1 km from shops (Consum supermarket).
    The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first level and 2 upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (or 4 beds) + 1 real extra bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (or 2 beds) + 1 real bed extra and cupboards. Two cots are available to you, and two high chairs and a baby bath. A fully equipped kitchen open to dining room / breakfast that also overlooks the terrace and garden.
    Outside, you will find the pool, a large living room / dining and a nice barbecue area (fixed and mobile), in the property you can park 3 cars.
    In the basement, there is a bar area with additional fridge.
    this is an ideal villa for a vacation as a couple, with family or friends.
    For your information, the house is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to mid-September, for other periods, please contact us.
    We rent at least for 2 nights at the flat rate of 450 € + the cleaning fee.

Das Ferienhaus hält, was es verspricht. Ganz tolles Haus. In den Schlafzimmern mit Klimaanlage, alles war sauber. Alles nötige vorhanden. Schöner Pool. Tolle Lage. Ruhige Umgebung. Schnell am Strand. Einfach ein Traum. Wir waren mit einer anderen Familie in dem Haus. Für jeden war ein passendes Zimmer dabei. Die Verwalterin ist eine ganz nette, hilfsbereite Frau. Wir sind rundum zufrieden, werden den Urlaub immer in positiver Erinnerung behalten und hoffentlich auch einmal wieder kommen. :)

Ha sido muy agradable la estancia, con aires acondicionados en toda la casa, estaba muy limpia. Faltaban algunos productos de uso básico como el papel higiénico y el jabon para limpiar los platos. Pero resumidamente ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Muy grande, buena terraza y piscina

Había muchas comodidades, el dueño nos dejó entrar antes de la hora y salir cuando quisieramos. Casa en reforma. Wc nuevos. Faltaría mejorar almohadas y camas. Y construir una buena barbacoa. Pero estuvimos muy agusto.

Ubicación buena en una casa cómoda con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la casa al principio pero el propietario los fue resolviendo. Salvo el WiFi que no llegó a funcionar en ningún momento.

Nice place and good organised

We really like the time there. Good organised. Everything was there. Some cosmetic things can be better. But we didn’t care. But we can imagine that people fall about it. We were there with a small kid and some adults. But we really enjoyed our stay there. And will book again when we want to go back.

Very nice house.

The house is great and the swimming pool is a must for big families with kids. There was everything in the house that we needed and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning in the house and for people from nordic countries it can be very difficult to stand the heat on the hottest days. But according to Julian there will be a air conditioning installed next year, it will make this house just perfect :) The house is located very central, it is only 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to next supermarket. We recommend this house for big families :)

Muy buena casa

La casa es muy cómoda y agradable, nos ha gustado mucho.La parte exterior y la piscina estupendos.Marisol estuvo muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien, aunque no pudo solucionar el problema con el calentador.Volveremos.Como sugerencias: Hemos echado de menos algún colgador y repisa en el baño de arriba para las toallas y neceseres y un tirador en la puerta del wc.Podría disponer de jabón en los baños y material para fregar platos a mano.La cafetera Senseo no funciona bien. Con la de filtro ningún problema.

Zauberhafte Villa im shabby chic

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit einem toll gestalteten Garten, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, auch die Fensteranlagen sind neu. Zimmer und Möblierung sind in Ordnung. Die Küche war teilweise nicht richtig nutzbar, am Gasherd war eine Feuerstelle nicht nutzbar und der Kühlschrank sehr alt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren neu. Der BBQ im Außenbereich war leider total sanierungsbedürftig und nicht nutzbar, Pool war vollkommen ausreichend und gepflegt, einige Liegen leider defekt. Nachdem wir geräumt und Sitzkissen für draußen gekauft haben, war trotz der beschriebenen Mängel alles ganz wunderbar und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach toll.
