Summer in October

Great location, walking distance to the old city center. The view was amazing, we used the "indoor patio" a lot, big windows you could open. And a the new Weber Spirit BBQ was awesome. The villa has two separate sections, we used one for the 4 teenagers and the other for the 4 adults - Perfect. The teens loved the pool. Xavia is a very nice city, not plagued by excessive tourist condo concrete high towers like e.g. Calp. Easy driving distance to a lot of hiking tracks

Amazing views

The villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely week staying at Bella Vista. Plenty of room for 7 guests and the pool area was great. Our only constructive points are that as we checked in our site of the agency opening hours we would have found an information booklet with details about the villa and surrounding area helpful.
