Older, typically Spanish house with a lot of charm

We had great days in the house. The view is just perfect and the house ist typically Spanish. Not modern, but comfortable. Everything worked, even if the equipment in the bathrooms and kitchen was a bit older.

Lovely Villa in a great location with beautiful views

Really pretty villa with a lovely pool - easy access to everything and most towns are all 20 mins drive - beach a few minutes - situated in a quiet residential location - could benefit from better kitchen equipment, updated bathrooms and beds.

Nice property

Trying to find La Perla in the dark was very difficult. We hired a taxi driver to guide us in! The property and gardens were very nice. Disappointing that the pool was unheated. The water was very cold.

Très belle maison, belle vue. Magnifique jardin. L accès à la maison et la piscine se fait par les escaliers à prendre en compte pour les familles avec jeunes enfants ou personnes plus âgées moins mobiles. Autrement c est un vrai petit paradis.

The property itself has beautiful views and is in a quiet location, unfortunately we had building work going on in the next door property which was quite noisy. The pool and grounds were stunning. The kitchen is well equipped and the property spacious, though it might be a squeeze with six staying (we were three). The decor in the rooms and bathrooms is a little outdated but comfortable. The communal spaces nicely presented. The main issue we had was with the rental agents, who provided extremely poor customer service. The wifi is pretty much non-functional, we were unable to access any email provider or skype and most other websites came up with an error message. We queried this with a visit to the office and two phone calls, yet nothing was done and no one ever got back to us or explained why this was the case. Internet was quite necessary for the purpose of our holiday, however if you do not need wifi, this is generally a beautiful property with a lovely (if rather chilly) pool.
