The whole extended family with children, ...

The whole extended family with children, children-in-law and grandchildren, a total of 16 people, had a fantastic week at Casa Rosalia in october -24. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and we were less on other places than we might have thought. Especially the swimming pool and paddle court were used diligently and every evening we made good joint dinners for the whole gang. The large garden, all the facilities inside and outside and the impressive number of bedrooms with bathrooms made a perfect setting for our stay and we will gladly come again.

This is a lovely home for a big all-age ...

This is a lovely home for a big all-age family group like ours, and has many rooms as well as a spacious garden so that even our very big group never felt cramped. The villa was clean, and had loads of utensils, plenty of freezer and fridge space, and things worked well. In terms of furnishing and presentation it's not high end luxury, but it's very nice and great value for money, because it is so big, clean and easy to gather in the big room or patio, or have quieter time in the smaller rooms. If there is one thing we wish we had done differently it would be bringing our own padel balls so we could play properly.

We had a nice holiday in Javea at Casa Rosalia. The outdoor space was really good, loads of places for kids to play and adults to sit around. Pool was a good size and maintenance came round twice in our week visit. Plenty of cutlery etc for everyone (there were 25 of us). Garden was lovely/well kept. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms were all decent size. Easy to check in/check out. We did have a few issues though, I would say the pictures are old and the villa is more rustic than it would appear. The pool had broken tiles which cut the children’s feet and it turns out this had been noted and not fixed before our stay. The BBQ also collapsed on us whist alight. I think these issues need addressing ASAP as they are dangerous but overall nice villa.

Casa Rosalia - Family holiday

The property was very 'user friendly' and perfect for a large family (ie 13 adults +12 children whose ages ranged from 18 months to 15 years). Facilities, i.e. kitchen equipment, play area, pool, were excellent. Some of the decor was a little 'tired' but didn't detract from our enjoyment. One of the cookers and one toaster did not work. We really liked the area, especially Javae beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The only problem we encountered was finding the villa in the dark when we first arrived. Overall I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing enjoyable family holiday.

Innholdsrikt hus som bør oppgraderes

Vi hadde det greit i huset i forbindelse med diamantbryllup til våre foreldre. Fint med så mange soverom, og ulike størrelser på rom. Minus at det ikke er aircondition på alle rom. Det er spesielt varmt på de rommene oppe. Ett var også i ustand, men etter tre dager kom de med et portabelt ett. I bassenget er det manglende flis i trappa som flere skar seg på. Også bør det ligge en beskrivelse til nærmeste søppelfylling i huset. Det er let slitent hus.

Volveríamos a reservar sin dudarlo, espacios comunes muy amplios y muy bien equipados para grupos grandes, tanto en la zona exterior de la casa como en la interior. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, dos barbacoas, eléctrica y para carbón, no muy amplias pero útiles, cocinas muy bien equipada de menaje. Pádel, algo antigua la pista pero utilizable, ping-pong mesa nueva, portería de futbol sala...piscina en perfecto estado (aunque el tiempo no nos permito usarla mucho). Casa a 5/10 minutos de la playa en coche (5kms), pueblos cercanos turísticos y bonitos.

Gran casa, con muchos motivos para disfrutar de la estancia.

La casa es amplísima, cuenta con muchos atractivos, la atención de la agencia en la recepción y salida han sido excelentes, y hay algunos detalles que mejorar (mesa Ping pong rota, red de la pista de padel en mal estado…) para que la experiencia sea absolutamente excelente.

You can be sure to have a fantastic holiday in Casa Rosalia - it's a perfect place when adults and children of all ages dream about a holiday that fulfill their needs (we were from 9 months to 71 years old). Especially outdoor life is functioning very well - in the dining room the acoustic is difficult, if 24 happy persons are talking - but luckily eating outdoor at the very beautiful terrace is very nice and cosy. Tabletennis and paddletennis were great hits for all, when out of the pool, and the area around is perfect for active families: walking, biking, running, swimming, snorkling - you name it.. And reduced time for TV or other screens.. We can warmly recommend this wonderful Casa!

Casa Rosalia er et fremragende hus til storfamilien med fine omgivelser både til leg og spil ved huset og gode vandre/cykel/og løberuter til alle aldersklasser. Fin afstand til by, strand og bjerge. Huset kan trænge til en opfriskning nogle steder - mest møbler - men det er utrolig velfungerende, især det store område, hvor man kan spise inde eller ude med udsyn over poolen og god plads til, at de voksne kan slappe af med en bog. Overdækket udespisning er også en fin mulighed. Super sted!

Great villa for families (although a little difficult to find on arrival in the dark!) The children loved the pool and there were lots of different areas within the building where they could chill out in small or large groups. Play facilities brilliant. Javea is a lovely, safe , friendly area - with a great beach and many good restaurants.

Close to Javea (a great town with all the ...

Close to Javea (a great town with all the things you need, supermarket, pharmacy, bank etc) but also secluded enough to have privacy from the rest of the world. Well equipped, sparsely decorated but still very nice. The garden/pool area is great and well maintained. Also a paddle tennis court, boule piste and basket ball court. We had a great time and would certainly recommend.
