Wspaniałe widoki i dobra lokalizacja.

Dom położony ok. 2 km od plaży Arenal i 5 minut pieszo od dobrego sklepu spożywczego. Wspaniały widok na morze i korzystne położenie rekompensują niedogodności. Na dole 2 małe sypialnie i salon, na piętrze sypialnia z łazienką. Owe 180m2 to pewnie powierzchnia z tarasem. Basen nie jest kwadratowy (jak w opisie) a owalny, ale przyjemny.. Przez 21 dni sierpnia było bardzo ciepło i brak klimatyzacji doskwierał. Sprzęty domowe trochę zużyte, ale sprawne. Obsługa Interhome - bardzo dobra.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus, der Ausblick, der Pool, die Lage und Umgebung sind sehr gut. Nur 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt ist ein großer und gut sortierter Supermarkt. Zum Sandstrand mit Promenade sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. 2 Sachen haben uns am Haus gestört: 1. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Als wir da waren, hatten wir Temperaturen von bis zu 36 Grad und im Haus stand die Luft. Durchzug war nicht möglich. 2. Es gibt nur an drei Fenstern Fliegengitter. Das finden wir zu wenig das Haus.

Algunas deficiencias

Alojamiento en general bueno pero con algunos fallos. Frigorífico antiguo en parte oxidado y con ausencia de bandeja para bebidas. Lavadora antigua. Wifi muy lenta. Casa muy calurosa, se necesita aire acondicionado. Puerta del garaje de muy dicil utilización y solo para personas muy altas y fuertes. La casa con algunas bombillas fundidas. Tv indicaba por satélite pero no decía que era solo canales extranjeros.

Limpieza no acorde a los actuales tiempos de Covid...

La limpieza muy mal. Baños y cocina sin repasar en profundidad (pelos...) y síntomas de no haberse realizado una limpieza q fondo (interior de los armarios con manchas y telarañas en esquinas del salón). Esto cobra mayor gravedad en tiempos como los actuales con el Covid. Se ofreció volver a enviar al equipo de limpieza, pero uno ya no acaba de fiarse, por lo que estuvimos limpiando 3 horas. Han prometido compensación de 100 euros (todavía pendiente a fecha de redactar este comentario). Los electrodomésticos, colchones y sofá del salón ya son de varias generaciones atrás: funcionan, pero lo justito: urge cambiar. Aunque corre brisa al estar en alto, Se echa de menos A veces el aire acondicionado. Piscina muy grande y cómoda, con amplio sitio para dejar coche en el interior de la casa. Buenas vistas.

Wunderschön und nicht weit vom Strand

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Umgebung. Man hat eine super Sicht auf Moraira und das Meer. Gleich nebenan ist ein Einkaufszentrum (Consum). Das Auto kann man in eine Garage stellen. Negativ war, dass 2 Storen defekt waren, diese wurden aber umgehend repariert. Es hatte auch viele winzige Ameisen im Haus. Wir konnten sie aber mit Gift in Grenzen halten. Insgesamt gesehen, ein phantastisches Haus, das wir nur empfehlen können.

Niveau de satisfaction

Sommes des habitués à raison de 2 fois l'an. La villa et son jardin particulièrement bien exposés sont très agréables à vivre. En octobre nous avons malheureusement subi les nuisances de gros travaux de terrassements dans le terrain voisin. A noter que le gros électro ménager commence à fatiguer ( lave-linge, lave-vaisselle)

dovolená omyl / nedoporučujeme !!!

Tento dům není vhodný pro ty, kteří hledají klidné místo - v okolí probíhá rekonstrukce jiného domu a je zde velký hluk a všude strašný prach. Dům je sice dobře zařízený, je blízko moře, ale kvůli hluku a prachu se v něm nedá přes den vůbec být. Dům nemá klimatizaci, což je velké mínus. Cena neodpovídá tomu, co lze od dovolené očekávat a dům by neměl být nadále v nabídce.

Quartier résidentiel. Jolie villa bien distribuée dans bel environnement paysagé. Très agréable à vivre, parfaitement entretenue. C'est avec plaisir que nous y venons et y revenons.
