Awful

Despite contacting multiple times on the day of arrival, including Vrbo support. The Key code was not provided until nearly an hour after check in time. As this was a bank holiday weekend with very little availability elsewhere, we were forced to pay for alternative accommodation to make sure we had somewhere to sleep. No refund was offered despite this. They kept the money - awful! Cleanliness and location was unknown as we didn’t stay there.
