You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room villa that is 250 square meters and has 2 levels. The villa features a beautiful and stylish design, with a living/dining room that includes an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, gas heating, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room leads to a patio and swimming pool area. On the same level, there are two bedrooms, each with a French bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), gas heating, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. One of these bedrooms has access to a terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen on this level is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC on this level. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms, both with French beds (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), gas heating, air conditioning, fans, and forced-air heating. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bath/shower with a double hand-basin, while the other has an en-suite bath/WC. The villa is equipped with gas heating throughout.
