“Had a wonderful stay for a quick spring skiing trip. Location was incredibly convenient both for trail access and for being close to the other on mountain amenities. Condo was very comfortable and clean.”

“This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. ”

“Great place. Clean and tidy but parking is a major issue. This condo can sleep 8 but 8 people rarely fit in one car. Having to park the second car a mile away was tough. But totally get that the lots are small for all the units there. Otherwise was a great and easy stay.”

“Everything we needed was available. The place was very clean and cosy. Loved the white bedding and was really nicely stocked. The owner was very accommodating. The general store had all the basics.”

The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!”

“We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.”

“We ski Jay a lot but decided to stay on the mountain this past weekend - and our stay just happened to coincide with the epic March snow storm! That aside, the condo was as described - great space, super clean, great communication with the owner. 10/10”

“The house is brand new, set up well and very clean and has all amenities that you need for a week stay. It is less than 5 mins to the mountain and a 5 min drive to the small Jay Village. We will definitely return.”

“This is an appealing property with a modern feel. It’s an older house and while it does have low ceilings (only a slight issue for me in the stairway as I’m 6’2”), it has significant modern updates and a lot of charm. Overall the property is also very clean. The property is picturesque with a nice brook running behind the house, into a small river in front of the house. The property is conveniently located for skiing/snowboarding with proximity to Jay Peak, Smugglers Notch and Stowe. It……

“We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities. They even had multiple dryguy boot and glove warmers in the house. We always travel with extras but we never……
