The hotel was clean and visually appealing, but I wouldn’t consider it a five-star experience. The room felt quite humid, making everything seem a bit damp and uncomfortable. While the location was convenient, the property felt very quiet, isolated, and lacking the vibrant atmosphere I was expecting. Also,the balcony was quite small and didn’t offer much opportunity to enjoy the view. Overall, I wasn’t particularly impressed and felt the experience fell short of expectations. The staff were friendly and provided good service

We were visiting for the first time from the USA, so we were not sure what to expect, but after our visit, we have no complaints. All of the staff were polite and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel was pristine and had a pleasant scent. We arrived around noon and we were able to check in early. Additionally, we were given a free room upgrade with a view of the Red Sea….imagine that! Furthermore, the lovely masjid is conveniently located within the hotel. We also took advantage of some quiet time and enjoyed the beautiful tea room. We could not have asked for anything better. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. God willing, we will be able to visit again.

Everything was great during my stay! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes if windows were left open, or when doors were kept open during housekeeping!! They definitely find their way in. With that being said, it didn’t take away from an excellent experience. We truly loved everything about this place! Perfect location, great amenities, and an outstanding team at IHG!

The hotel is great, staff was excellent, room was great, however the AC was little noisy, the bath tub was tight and difficult to stand, the water control in shower was not great, water was very hot, could burn if not properly controlled.
