「This was a perfect home base for my husband and I to visit our FSU son on Halloween weekend for a football game. Easy walking access to the stadium and campus. 」

「Great location. Very close to FSU. Stayed for two weeks. Very cute and neat condo. Parking is easy, right across the road. Grocery store in walking distance. Owner is very nice and will definately stay here again next time.」

「Clean spacious accommodation for less than most hotels in Tallahassee.」

「Condo was exactly as described. Great neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. Place was clean and did not have any issues, although as described in other posts, the hot water could use some adjusting...stayed warm entire use but was still warm enough to feel clean afterwards. Loved stay and will definitely try to stay again in future. 」

「Brad was fantastic. Great accomodations, communication and easy to work with.」

「Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy.」

「Perfect spot for FSU students or parents」

「True to listing, comfy bed, plenty of kitchen supplies and toiletries to get you by for a short stay. Great location. Great communication. Safe. Only two things to keep in mind is bedroom does not have tv and parking is not suitable for larger vehicles. But let’s be real Tallahassee in general isn’t suitable for larger vehicles.」

「This is such a nice condo. Very clean place. I loved the FSU themed decorations! I needed a place close to my son’s (FSU student) townhome for convenience and this worked out perfectly.」

「Perfect spot for our family of 6. Very clean home. Great communication from host. Thank you!!」
