“I arrived at the check in time (3:00pm) the room was not clean. The WiFi had a low signal, in terms it didn’t work.”

The only available electrical outlet is in the bathroom which is a problem if you require an outlet near the bed.The property is conveniently located to town circle and restaurants. “My wife and I had an excellent stay at the School House in Monticello last weekend! The home was clean and modern and had all of the thoughtful extras that make a good VRBO home great. It is located a very short walk to the center of Monticello and yet is in a very quiet location. Our host, Brian, was helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. “It would be helpful to receive the check in instructions further in advance as I was on the road and had difficulty accessing my email and my Expedia app. (Dislike that the Vrbo app is separate from Expedia!) The listing could be more clear that this is a house and there is access to a full kitchen, dining area and pool table game room., all of which is a bonus!”

“The house was nice, very spacious. Check in was very easy and plenty of parking. We did notice that there was a lot of improvement that could be done. The floors were super dirty. My feet were black after a couple of hours. The upstairs shower knob, Hot, was stripped and kept turning. So you had to find the right spot to make sure it was off.
