"The lady at the front desk seemed to be bothered that we needed to check in. Whenever we went downstairs, she was sitting at the table and on her phone and not receptive to answering our questions. Cockroaches in the kitchen , on the counter and in the shower .We did address this concern with the manager who was very receptive and did apologize. We insisted on checking out immediately. The shower was filthy and the frig and dishwasher need to be replaced."

"Everything was wonderful at the house. I asked you. I’ve stayed at Many hotels and I believe this is the best. The breakfast is absolutely delicious delicious and the lady who was in charge with the preparation to have fantastic job. It was fresh, presented well and tasted delicious. Kudos to whoever prepared our breakfast for our stay. The front desk attendance were always polite and courteous, and greeted us kindly. The hotel is immaculate."
