“Host was had great communication and was very helpful. Property is awesome, great rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, coffee bar in the pantry, laundry room, kitchen, patios,,, all were excellent spaces. Add a fireplace, a Wii (we wore it out with bowling tournaments) and then the volleyball in gym,. It was an excellent family getaway, no noise, dinner reservations etc... just family time, would recomend. ”

“The place was clean and safe. Almost no furniture or blankets. The whole house echoes due to no rugs or furnishings. It could be so nice ”

“The Franklin House is a great place to stay. Located close to downtown and has several nice amenities. Even though the house is over 100 years old, several updates were down to the home to make it very cozy. Would recommend the house to anyone. ”

“Love the location. House was very clean, but felt a bit worn. Very slow water drain in both bathroom sinks. Greatly appreciate the coffee, wonderful muffins, and other breakfast items. The Hosts are very responsive to texts. We stayed at this house during Christmas Homes Tour in 2023 and it was decorated for Christmas. Missed the decorations this year.”
