Extended Stay America Jeffersonville - Clarksville hotels

"Problem was we couldn't get any sleep bc overtime air kicked on there was a loud boom. Woke us up all night. Not sure I'll stay here again. "

"I booked a room with a king size bed for my wife and I, but when I checked in, I was told they only had rooms with 2 full beds, not even queen. Not sure why, when I had specifically reserved a king. There was an odor in the room, and even the hotel, kind of hard to place. A little musty, a bit unpleasant. The room was pretty worn around the edges, the tub looked awful, but everything worked. "

"I was very frusterated with the check-in process and the staff. We booked this hotel to have 2 queen beds and then at check-in which was just before 10pm at night they tried to tell me that they did not have any double queen rooms available and that I was getting switched into a kind room (which was a less expensive room then the one I booked). Never once did they say anything about me getting money back since they were putting me into a different room then what I originally paid for. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl just kept disappearing for long lengths of time and then would come back without a manager. She did this several times and finally came back saying that they magically found a double queen room after all. It seemed like they were trying to hustle us into a different (less expensive) room type so that they could sell our double queen room to someone else for more money. Once again, they were trying to move me to a king room that was less expensive without offering any type of money back for it. I then asked for a manager to contact me which never happened until I had to ask several times for it. We were supposed to be staying at this hotel again in April for 3 nights and I just canceled our stay and rebooked at the Gault House in hopes of having a better customer service experience. I will say that the hotel was very clean and looked very nice though, I just was not happy with how the staff handled us and tried to hustle us out of our room."

"This hotel falsely advertised, all the great things you see about this hotel is actually the hotel it’s connected to. There is no breakfast, the pool is in another hotel there is not even staff at this hotel, if you need anything you have to go to the other hotel. Rooms very outdated and dirty. They were knocking at the door for us to leave at 9:30 check out was 11. We was not able to get in our room till after 4 making us very late for the event we paid over $300 to go to! Never ever again everything you read about this place is false. You have to stay at the Radison to receive any of this!"

"We weren't sure of the location of the hotel as it seemed to be placed in a residential area (the appearance) but overall the location was fine for the night we needed to stay for a sports tournament. The check-in was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not new or freshly remodeled but you can tell the staff have done there best to keep it in the best condition possible. If you are looking for a sparkling fresh feel, this may not be for you. It worked for us. Staff who care is the reason this location is doing well. "

"Best complementary breakfast ever and the staff is pretty sharp attending it, I’ll stay there again just for that…. Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"
