"Hotel, room and staff were very nice. The coffee shop was great too. When booking it stated there was parking on site. The was a very small secured parking area for about 40 cars. Clearly not enough for the guests. Guests either had to park at the metered spots on the street or find another parking area. If parking in those areas you must remove everything from your car to avoid a break-in. It was very inconvenient. Adding more parking would greatly improve this property."

"My Friday night stay started off pretty frustrating. The first room had no hot water, there was hair left in the shower, and the bathroom sink would not drain properly. Because of those issues, I had to repack everything and move to a room on the third floor, which unfortunately made me late for my plans that evening. Thankfully, the second room was a completely different experience. It was much cleaner and more comfortable, and the beds were incredibly plush and luxurious. I slept very well once I was finally settled. The breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired. Next time, I’ll probably skip it altogether and make a Dunkin’ run instead. Overall, the second room saved the stay, but having to change rooms because of basic maintenance and cleanliness issues was an inconvenience that should have been avoided."
