"Our room was really nice and well maintained. The grounds that are right on the river were inviting with chairs and sitting areas. There was a secure bike storage that was easy to use. Overall Talta is a great place to stay!"

"Great place outside of Stowe. We stayed in the main hotel rooms. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is really not their fault but the rooms in the bottom hear every step upstairs. And one night a couple came back fighting and it sounded like they were in our room. Maybe ask for room upstairs if possible."

"This property is close to attractions in Stowe without being right in the heart of town. The price was reasonable. If you don’t choose a view room you get a window showing another hotel window just FYI. There is not an open restaurant on site. Though they do serve 24 hour coffee. Something I thought was strange, when we asked for good suggestions for restaurants in the area. The desk person said to google it. Nice enough guy just would’ve liked some better local input."

"We stayed here prior to our visit to Shelburne Farms. Everything was clean, comfortable and modern. AC/heat had a fan that could run constantly as white noise. Made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Room was small but well furnished, comfortable bed, great shower. Ordered breakfast with time at check in. Charming breakfast room, excellent breakfast. No coffee at 4 pm check it until 7 am. Lobby comfortable but shabby."
