"Reserved a villa. The hot tubs jets don't work outside. Was looking forward to the hot tub at night after a long day. Front desk said none of the jets work in the hot tubs Since 2025. Asked for a discount. Was told they wouldn't do anything for me. 😡"

"방안에 서랍장이없어서 그냥 케리어에서갈아입을옷을 꺼내고 메모지한장도없고 사워룸도어도 자꾸열려서 바닥이젖고 사워룸안에 벽면에 손잡을수있는바가필요할것같애요 미끌어지는사고를 예방에주의하세요 저희는4박을묶었는데 런드리머신이 없어서곤란했어요 그외에 식당들이다맛있어요 직원분들도 친절하고요 바다전망도 좋았구요 조용하고 분위기는참좋아요"

"The rooms are spacious and clean however the towels had very bad smell. We stayed 3 nights. Breakfast is ok … not alot of vegetarian options. Bacon placed in many dishes. Also, no HALAL options. The pool area is nice, but could’ve been cleaner. View from the room is amazing!"
