「 The reception staff, Mr. Kang was extremely helpful in assisting me with my EV car charging issue. He communicates very well and consistently demonstrates kindness. I truly appreciate his outstanding support and professionalism. The hotel is situated in a great location, adjacent to the shopping district. The room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. 」

「Overall, this is a good hotel with good breakfast. Yet, some of the staffs are not very good in English. Furthermore, during our 4 nights stay, one of the bath towels has been worn-out with a big hole.」

「The overall rating of this hotel is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, location is good as it close to museums and site seeing place, restaurants nearby are good also, it takes 15 mins walk to find good foods Transportation is good also, buses stop at hotel no matter they are from airport or city. However, front desk are not speaking fluent English which need to be improved. Another improvement is, please allow guests to control the air conditioner temperature.」
