“The toilet is small comparing to other similar grade hotels”

“We recently stayed at Parnas Hotel Jeju for two nights, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Every single facility is exceptionally brand-new and spotless, with the swimming pool being a standout highlight. The concierge service deserves special praise for being truly exceptional. The entire staff is remarkably warm, attentive, and possesses flawless English communication skills. When we hit a minor hiccup during our trip, they went above and beyond to help us resolve it with incredible care.……

“Centrally located, clean and well maintained, good services, complementary parking, recommended!”

“Overall, this is a good hotel with good breakfast. Yet, some of the staffs are not very good in English. Furthermore, during our 4 nights stay, one of the bath towels has been worn-out with a big hole.”

“The staff at the front office only speaks limited English”
