「love this hotel, good location, clean and warm service. 」

「Although the room was clean, it was very old and dated. It felt like I was living in the 1970s again. Bathroom in the king room only had a tub and toilet. The sink was in the room. The ac blown straight onto the bed causing me to have a stiff neck. Luggage holders were rusty. Beach access was awful. Huge pile of sand on top of the walkway. I mean around 5 feet or more. Dangerous to walk over to get to the beach. Definitely an accident fixing to happen. For the price, it really could've been much...

「Great ocean view room but room above must have been rented to elephants who stayed up all night stomping around. Shower water pressure was awful and sink did not drain. Garbage was strewn all over in the AM but it was a holiday weekend. Also there is a surprise $30 a night resort fee that was charged separately when checking out that was no included in the Expedia charge. We've stayed here before and had a wonderful time but this room was not wonderful and did not get charged a daily resort...

「What a beautiful hotel location right in the beach village of Jekyll Island! Rooms were beautiful and very clean. There was a slight issue with our room temperature as the air condition did not work, but we were only there for one night and did not complain about it. However, we did mention during check out and they did over compensation for the inconvenience. Great staff! Would definitely return.」

「This hotel was mediocre at best. The tv was facing the left side of the room and could not be turned toward the bed so you could actually see it. When watching from the bed you could not read subtitles because of the angle of the tv in relation to the bed. You could sit on the sofa and watch. The air conditioner was dreadful. It never got below 70 and the room was stuffy. I finally asked for a box fan and they gave it to me. We paid a lot for the room and would have expected more of a luxury...

「There was blood on the curtains. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Bathroom full of mold. Staff was not helpful. I had to leave after a few hours and book a different hotel. Never received a refund after providing photos to the booking agent and hotel manager」

「The fact that it was as clean as possible, the staff was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and it was within walking distance of the near-by public beach accesses. Parking was a slight issue, but understandable and it would be better if the room did not have carpet. Overall a great stay and would/will recommend to others.」

「I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven」

「The property definitely gives what you pay for. The rooms can definitely use an update feel. There are minor/simple things that can make the room better looking. Updating the paint on walls maybe some accent decor, discard the bedding if it has spot on them. The overall stay wasn’t bad the pictures advertised should reflect the room my personal opinion.」
