Family long weekend stay

The check in process was seamless and we loved the location of this cottage, pool is a quick walk and both driftwood beach and dune park beach are a super short drive away.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. My only feedback is that we were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a house that fits 6, this seemed a little sparse. Other than that, I would recommend!

Great getaway with adult children before start of college

Great location and property

We loved the property and there was plenty of room for our adult children to each have a bedroom and bathroom. Having the bicycles at the property was a great touch and enhanced our stay.

Best place on the island

We stay here every year. It’s very spacious, clean, and the response time of the host is unmatched. The amenities are easy to access and never overpopulated. The condos have 4 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The porches are a great morning and evening hangout space.

We had such a great time. This home was beautiful and the location and amenities were great. We loved having access to the pool and the gym. The beaches had so much to offer. This was one of our favorite family trips we have taken.

Great Place!

Really enjoyed the Cottages. Really nice community with great amenities. The cottage was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to make a great meal at home. A few overall suggestions… it would be nice to have at least one extra set of towels and pillowcases. The pillows were a little flat/uncomfortable but it didn’t hinder a good nights rest. We will definitely return and had a wonderful peaceful spring break!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say not happy with living room furniture. Rocker chair was so dirty we could not use it. Upstairs linens in closet should be gone thru thoroughly and toss those bed pillows full of stains. Sheets were so thin they were uncomfortable. There were some good things about the cottage but lost due to the dirty things.

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful townhome in a convenient community with a beautiful pool and recreation room. The house was clean, well-stocked, and in wonderful condition. Located between town and the Driftwood beach, it was great for biking and exploring the area. Communication with rental agent was easy, we had an issue with the door code that was promptly fixed. The description said 5 bikes… which was perfect bc we have 5 kids, but there are only 4. Had we known, we would have brought one from home. Otherwise great experience!

Family Vacay 2024

The home was perfect for my family of 4. The home was equipped with what we needed and the AC worked great. The guidelines were simple to follow. Beach supplies were provided (chairs, umbrella, toys, towels). A few extra rolls of toilet paper would have been more convenient. The bikes weren't in the best condition. One had a flat tire and the others were on the small side. Wish we could have done more biking without the additional cost of renting them. Nice quiet neighborhood. Wonderful pool also.

Accuracy and amenities

The townhouse wasn't as close to the beach as the picture indicates. I did not like the way tankless water heater was set up to operate. Difficult to get and maintain hot water. When I pay the amount of money that I did for these accomodations, I expect to be able to lower the thermostat where I want it to sleep comfortably at night. I do not like being limited to 68 degrees.
