「Our first night at the hotel was a little rough because the vent in the bathroom kept going off and sounded like someone was drilling into the wall during the night. Thankfully, after speaking with management the next day, they were very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix the issue. After that, everything was smooth sailing. The room was outdated, had a terrible odor as soon as we walked in, and the beds did not appear to be clean. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and was not the quality we expected.
