「Clean, close to everything. Nice neighborhood!」

「This worked well for an overnight. Good communication with host. We appreciated that there were bars in the bathroom for towels. It was right by a bar with loud music but the Window AC unit helped cover up the noise so we were able to sleep.」

「We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.」

「Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving.」

「Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.」

「This apartment was clean, convenient and great for our visit to Burlington. Rob & Al were easy and clear with their instructions and everything went wonderfully. 」

「All the comforts of home! Ellen was available but not intrusive. The place was lovely in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely gardens full of flowers and a pond. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. 」

「This unit was exactly as advertised. It was a typical older Vermont house that had 2 units. It had everything we needed. really loved having the washer and dryer and the hot tub was fabulous. Beds were clean and comfortable - even the futon! Nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and The owner was very responsive. This is located just off a nice Main Street in Winooski that had a couple of restaurants and a brewery within walking distance....

「Very cute, clean and well-appointed place to stay. Its in a small town south of Burlington with a lot of charm, pastoral views and a great grocery store. It was just what we needed, and the hosts have put a lot of care into the apartement.」
